We ship your order CO2 neutral with DHL. If you order before 12:00 on a working day, it will be shipped the same day. A package usually reaches a destination within the Benelux within 24-48 hours. Within Europe, the delivery time is generally between 24 and 96 hours. DHL delivers packages from Monday to Friday during office hours.
Do you have a package that weighs more than 30 kg? Then we will send it to you on a pallet. The delivery time may then differ slightly from the normal delivery time. Do you want to be guaranteed that a delivery will arrive at a certain time? Please always contact us to see which delivery times are available.
Help, there is something wrong with my package!
Have you received your order and is something missing from your package, or do you have damage to a product? Then we would like to ask you to contact us within 30 days. After this period we can no longer do anything for you. This would be a pity.
Can I return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@pigmentshop.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

NB: you are responsible for any damage or loss of the package when returning your order. So make sure you keep your proof of shipment well and that you pack everything well and firmly!
What are the return conditions?
- The product has not been used and the packaging is (if possible) undamaged.
