Privacy Policy

We care about your privacy

That is why we only process the data that we need for our services or to improve them. We therefore never give your data to others.

You can always read the latest version of our privacy policy on our website. All previous versions are then no longer valid. Below you can read which data we process, where we store it, how we secure it and who can view your data.

Who do we share your data with?

Web store software Craft Commerce

We work with two parties for our webshop:

  1. Craft Commerce, developer of the software.
  2. Brndz BV, web hosting & technical support.

We share your information with them to facilitate the order and to provide technical support. They do not use your data for other purposes. We concluded a contract with Brndz BV, which states that they must take proper security measures. For example with SSL encryption and a strong password policy. They back up regularly to prevent data loss. And of course we have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of data.

Office365

We send our e-mails with Office365. They also take the necessary measures to prevent misuse and loss of data. We treat all your emails confidentially. We therefore do not forward your emails to others.

Mollie

Mollie arranges your payments in the webshop. They process your name, address and place of residence as well as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data. To further improve their services, they may share anonymized information with third parties. They handle your data just as carefully as Mollie does. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is legally allowed.

GLS & Pultrum

GLS will deliver your order to your home quickly. For this they need your address details. Logically! But they only use that data for the shipping. If you place a large order that needs to be transported on a pallet, we will call in Pultrum to deliver your order quickly. In that case, this company will have your address details.

Accounting and administration

Your details are on the invoices and can therefore also be seen by the person who does our accounting. They must keep your information secret. This is stated in our agreement and/or it is required by law.

Government

In theory, we can be obliged to make your data available for tax or criminal investigations. But we've never experienced that.

Anything else you want to know about the processing of your data

Why do we process your data?

We only use your data for our services and the improvement thereof. So not for marketing purposes and we don't share them with anyone except the parties we mentioned above.

There is also data that we collect automatically. Think of your IP address or your web browser. That is not personal data. We also only use them to improve our services.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data as long as you are a customer with us. If you indicate in your customer profile that you no longer wish to use our services, we will delete your profile data. Our employees will then no longer be able to view your data. For example, invoices and other accounting documents are subject to a statutory retention period. We keep your data during that period and then destroy it.

What rights do you have?

You have a number of rights based on Dutch and European laws. For example, you always have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you think that we are using your personal data in the wrong way. Of course we want to prevent that. That is why, for example, we only send you information to the e-mail address that is known to us. If you indicate that you prefer to receive this information at another e-mail address or by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. This way we know for sure that you receive the information that is intended for you.

In addition, you have the right to view the data we have about you: you therefore have the right to inspect. If you indicate that you want to make use of that right, we will let you know within 30 days whether we can comply with your request. If so, we will send you the information by email. You will receive an overview of what information we have about you and who can view that information.

If the information is incorrect, you can ask us to adjust it. This is called your right of rectification. And if you want to limit the data that we process or have processed, you can send us a request. We will also respond to those requests by e-mail within 30 days.

If you do not want us to use your data at all, you can object. We will then stop processing your data until your objection has been dealt with. If your objection is well-founded, we will permanently stop processing it.

Google Analytics

Google places cookies for their Analytics via our website. We use the cookies for insight into website use. We have not given Google permission to use the analytics data for other Google services.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We always have the right to change our privacy policy. You can always read the latest version on this page. If a new version has consequences for the way we process your data, we will let you know by e-mail.
