Complaints procedure

It can always happen that something goes wrong during the delivery of our items. We ask that you first contact our office via info@betonlook.nl or +31 85 487 1268. Then we can jointly look at what the complaint is and how it can be resolved if necessary. Can't find a solution? Then it is always possible to register a dispute for mediation via Webwinkelkeur.

From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.

Damage

Do you have damage to an item delivered by us? Always report this to us within 7 days with a photo of the item and date of delivery. Unfortunately, no rights can be derived here after this period has expired.
